I’m John Gallagher.  Welcome to my website.  ‘Be kind to everyone you meet because everyone is fighting a hard battle.’  This can be hard to see as everyone puts on a mask to conceal their insecurities and uncertainties.  We all have our personal challenges to overcome.  We are all learning and trying our best to survive in this world with the cards we have been dealt and make sense of our experiences.  I am no exception and have experienced adversity in my life which became the catalyst for change, personal growth and self-realisation.  My writings cover subjects including: self-realisation, individuation, depth psychology, analysis, psychotherapy and spirituality.  I hope you find something here that will stir your curiosity, deepen your awareness and illuminate your path.
